Practice Managers

  • How do I sign up as a practice?

    Only take a couple of minutes to signing up as a practice. By clicking this link Register as Practice, you will be good to go. You will need to provide some information about your practice and contact person. The detail will help GPs to know where to go and contact. Verify you email address, so can receive notifications about the applications and all activity of your account.

  • How do I post a job?

    On your dashboard, there will be "Create Job" link on the top navigation menu. Posting is a simple 3 steps process and should take no more than a couple of minutes to publish.

  • How do I make payments to my GPs?

    At the moment you can pay GPs by cash on the Premise. We are currently building seamless online payment for better experience and convenience.

  • How do I contact a booked locum?

    The contact detail of Locum will be available after application has been approved.

  • How do I accept an applicant?

    Go to "Manage Jobs", and on the "Waiting Approval" tab you will see "View Candidates" button that will redirect you to the list of current applications. From there you can accept applicant.

  • How Do I Withdraw A Job As A Practice Manager?

    You can abort or withdraw the job at any time. However, only job that is still "Waiting for Candidate". On any circumstances, please contact us at [email protected]
